How many people can you accommodate?

If I have more than 7 people can you assist, Or recommend another provider?

Yes and Yes . we are more than happy to oblige with your requirement’s if we can, alternatively we will be more than happy to recommend another local business.

Do you need a deposit to secure a date? Will you send me an invoice?

Yes, Full payment is required on emailed Invoice.

Do you offer refunds if we cannot attend?

A full rain check will be available to you valid for a 12 month period.

Alternatively if a refund is required please not a $75 administration fee will be charged if cancellation is requested within a 72 hour period prior to departure date ( all of this information will be outlined on your invoice prior to payment).

Is your business children Friendly?

Yes we can provide a booster seat if required.

Do you cater for weddings, Pick up and drop offs?

Subject to availibity we can assist with you with Drop offs to the venue, unfortunately we don’t do night pick-ups at this time.

Are your drivers fully accredited, fully vaccinated and is the car cleaned regularly?

Of course, all of the above is a mandatory requirement by Law and is adhered too.

Can you help me with finding accommodation on the Bellarine? Can we book through your services?

Happy to discuss accommodation options, best to check out our accommodation tab on this site and yes in most cases we can pre-book this for you.

Can I bring my own food on tour?

Yes you can, however please note food will need to be consumed in a public picnic area, as venues do not permit BYO food and drink policy.

Are you dog friendly?

While I am a dog owner and lover, unfortunately unless your dog is a required aid, no domestic animals are permitted in the vehicle.

Are you LGBT friendly?

Of course and all very welcome.

Can you arrange ferry tickets for Searoad ferries and Port Phillip ferries?

At the moment we can pre book your tickets on Port Arlington ferries.

Can you arrange bookings for The Q Train?

Yes.

Do you have room for golf clubs in your Car?

Yes.

Do you always go to the same venues?

No your tour will be structured to suit your needs and interests.

How many venues will be included on my tour?

Usually a minimum of 4.

What are your hours of operation are you available?

6am – 6pm 7 days a week.

How much are your Gift vouchers and how long are they valid for?

As much or as little as you wish to spend on vouchers. Expiry date up to 2 years. Please refer to the Gift Vocuher page on this site.

Can I choose the wineries I would like to include on my tour?

Yes.

Can you organise Roses for my wife anniversary to be in the car when you arrive?

Yes Flowers, gifts can be pre-arranged to be waiting in the Van on pick up.
